Try one of these ideas this week. Try all of them. You will benefit from doing so, I promise.

Dolce Far Niente (Italian: the sweetness of doing nothing) - doing nothing is the best thing you can do for your personal well-being. Spend 15 minutes each day purposefully doing nothing. No phones, books, meditation, exercise. Nothing. Just you and your thoughts.

Every night, write down the Feel Good Moments Of The Day. After a few days it will motivate you to seek these moments intentionally, in order to fill this journal with better experiences. It will hold you accountable for your own pleasure.

Spend 15 Minutes Looking At Art. Don't just scroll through the feed of an art gallery, spend dedicated time to look at and absorb good art. How do you judge if it's good? Ask yourself - will it make the journal tonight?
